These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the website businessgrowthpr.com (the 'Site') and the guidance services offered by Businessgrowthpr LLC. By using the Site, you accept these terms in full.

The Site is operated by Businessgrowthpr LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Puerto Rico Commercial Registry under number 478-921-LLC, EIN 87-3251940, with offices at 152 Calle de la Luna, Suite 304, Old San Juan, PR 00901.
2. Purpose of the service
Businessgrowthpr offers private guidance, administrative support and file-preparation services related to state and federal programs (including, without limitation, tax credits, FEMA, HUD CDBG-DR, USDA Rural Development, PAN and WIC). We are not a government agency and do not represent the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury or any federal agency.
3. Nature of the information published
Information shown on the Site is for informational and guidance purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice and may change with applicable regulations. For specific decisions we recommend requesting a personal consultation.
4. Site usage
You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law, public order and good faith, refraining from any act that may harm the image, interests or rights of Businessgrowthpr or third parties, including sending false or offensive information or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual property

7. Contracted services
Professional services are formalized through a separate engagement letter detailing scope, fees, timeline and obligations of both parties. Until that letter is signed, any communication is informational and does not create a contractual obligation.

The Site may include links to official pages of federal and state agencies or to third-party resources. Businessgrowthpr does not control those sites and takes no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
9. Amendments
We may amend these terms to adapt to regulatory changes or the evolution of our services. The version in force will always be the one published on the Site, showing the date of the latest update.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
