Privacy policy
At Businessgrowthpr LLC we handle personal information with the same care we extend to the families, seniors and entrepreneurs of Puerto Rico who trust us. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect, why we collect it and what rights you have as its owner.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email and message) and the technical data strictly required for the site to work (IP address, device type, pages visited). If you authorize measurement cookies, we may also collect anonymous usage statistics.
3. Purposes
We use your data to respond to your guidance requests, prepare personalized service proposals, comply with our legal obligations and, with your consent, improve the site experience and measure our communication campaigns through Google Consent Mode v2.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your explicit consent when you submit the form, the performance of a contract when you hire our services and, where applicable, compliance with legal and tax obligations under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
5. Data retention
We keep contact data for 24 months from the last effective contact, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. Active client data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and up to 7 years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes.
6. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. We may share it with processors that help us deliver the service (email providers, US-based cloud hosting and Google measurement tools). All of them are bound by data-processing agreements and confidentiality clauses.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your data at any time by writing to contacto@businessgrowthpr.com. We will respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days. If you feel your rights are not being respected, you can contact the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures —TLS encryption in transit, role-based access control, internal training and annual audits— to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes. We will let you know by publishing the new version on this same site, with the last update date at the top.
